Traduction de la réponse de C Ducarmes: Mayanga est le pluriel de Liyanga, ce nom fait référence au Distichodus (M'boto). Ce poisson est probablement Distichodus lussoso (couleur de vieux poisson) Dr Muzigua avait travailler une longue période de temps avec ce poisson sans atteindre la maturité sexuelle (55 cm) C'est un poisson herbivore, difficile à attraper à l'hameçon , mais bien avec une senne avec un poche. Rentré de ce pays ou j ai été à deux reprises pour l'étude,négocié et eu l'accord de principe de financement aupres de la BTCI ( Banque Togolaise pour le Commerce et l'Industrie) prêt à financer le projet. Nous souhaitons pour démarrer de réunir la somme de 8 millions de francs cfa soit environ 12.200 euros qui ferait un effet de levier pour déclencher le crédit de la baque. Le buisnessplan est rédigé en monnaie locale, donc en CFA 1 euros est égal a environ 655 f cfa Résumé du projet Le projet présenté ci-après concerne une exploitation d’un plan d’eau, pour une pisciculture de Tilapia Nilotica au moyen de cages. Un tel procédé est plus élaboré que la pisciculture en étang qui est extensive par essence et qui est plus rustique. L’élevage en cage est plus intensif et des rendements élevés peuvent être au rendez vous. L’unité choisie dans cette étude est basée sur des cages flottantes de 4m sur 6m pour une profondeur de l’eau de 1,50m, la cage étant ancrée à environ 0,50m du fonds de l’eau. L’alimentation est plus riche et soignée, mais économique car très concentrée sur une population ciblée. On compte environ 1500g de provende pour amener à la maturité de 250 à 500g le Tilapia, surtout le tilapia mâle, sur une période de 6mois, ce qui autorise deux productions par an dans une cage. Le projet d’exploitation est basé sur 40 cages couvrant 960 m2. Une telle superficie autorise une production moyenne annuelle d’environ 48 Tonnes. Le personnel est assez réduit, formé et professionnel. Dans notre projet nous comptons progressivement aborder toutes les activités liées à la production et à la vente. Nous prévoyons de les maîtriser sur une période de 12 à 18 mois: Nourrissage et grossissement des alevins, 1 à 2 mois Nourrissage et grossissement des juvéniles, 1 à 2 mois Maîtrise de l’alimentation, (fabrication des granules, dosage des différents intrants locaux, apports de protéines, disponibilité en qualité et quantités) 1 à 2 mois Production des géniteurs et des alevins, 1 à 2 mois Commercialisation des poissons adultes, 6 mois Publicité auprès du public, au 6è mois Recherche d’une population cible, demanderesse des produits de qualité, Restaurants, Magasins spécialisés Les investissements se montent à 38 000 000 F CFA soit environ 58,000 euros . Un prêt bancaire de 30 000 000 F CFA qsoit environ 45,800 Euros et un découvert de 40 000 000 FCFA environ 61,000 Euros sur 18 mois (du fait du décalage de 6 mois entre les activités et les ventes ), sont prévus, la participation des promoteurs et/ou actionnaires étant au niveau de 8 000 000 F CFA environ 12,200 euros, dès le départ. L’opération est rentable, les investissements étant récupérés en moins de 2ans, et le taux de rentabilité interne étant supérieur à 80%. Le prêt sera remboursé en 5 ans tout en laissant un surplus confortable. Le promoteur principal est un maître pêcheur qui nous vient de France et qui souhaite se reconvertir dans une activité qui apporte un plus à la communauté. De fait l’exploitation pourra être reproduite ailleurs dans le pays afin d’offrir les mêmes avantages aux villes de l’intérieur. Si l’opération est pleine de succès, les promoteurs se proposent d’encourager l’élevage en étang partout où cela pourra se faire.

It is the same for acadja: fishes are interested to be hidden and concentrated in protected enclosure and not essentially for eating periphyton...It is the reason why some harvest report in acadja are so optimistic and why fishermen around are desapointed. Chers tous, Veuillez recevoir la synthèse du thème 2 « Représentativité et consultation » en discussion entre le 22 février et le 4 mars dans le cadre du forum électronique sur la mise en œuvre des lignes directrices de la CEDEAO pour le développement d’infrastructures hydrauliques. Ce thème concerne l’axe 2 des recommandations intitulé « « Intégrer les populations affectées comme acteurs, partenaires et bénéficiaires du projet ». Merci encore à tous les participants qui ont envoyé leurs contributions et enrichi le débat. La synthèse globale reprenant les deux thèmes discutés est actuellement en cours de rédaction.
