- Is the management of larger ponds is more difficult?
- Are there different management techniques for catching brooders in larger
tanks?
- Does anyone encounter space, water, energy, or financial limitations for

A RAS fish farm here is having problems with their spawning of the Three Spot Tilapia, Oreochromis andersonii.
Attached are pictures of the ova taken soon after spawning, showing the white coloration and sometimes a dark band across the middle of the eggs.
Could you please post this to the SARNISSA list, and if anyone has seen this phenomenon before perhaps they can tell us what it is and if they found a remedy for it?

Ci-joint des photos de l'ovule prises peu après la ponte, montrant la coloration blanche et parfois une bande sombre au milieu des œufs.
