It is the same for acadja: fishes are interested to be hidden and concentrated in protected enclosure and not essentially for eating periphyton...It is the reason why some harvest report in acadja are so optimistic and why fishermen around are desapointed. Chers tous, Veuillez recevoir la synthèse du thème 2 « Représentativité et consultation » en discussion entre le 22 février et le 4 mars dans le cadre du forum électronique sur la mise en œuvre des lignes directrices de la CEDEAO pour le développement d’infrastructures hydrauliques. Ce thème concerne l’axe 2 des recommandations intitulé « « Intégrer les populations affectées comme acteurs, partenaires et bénéficiaires du projet ». Merci encore à tous les participants qui ont envoyé leurs contributions et enrichi le débat. La synthèse globale reprenant les deux thèmes discutés est actuellement en cours de rédaction. Elle vous sera envoyée dès que possible. Votre expérience unique à l'Institut vous permettra de vous approprier des technologies agricoles révolutionnaires et de pouvoir envisager leur adaptation dans votre pays. Notre programme a été spécialement conçu pour vous faire découvrir les technologies innovantes qui sont déjà mises en œuvre dans différents pays pour aider à l’amélioration de la productivité agricole, à la lutte contre la sécheresse, afin de contribuer à la sécurité alimentaire. Dans cet objectif, je vous invite donc à vous inscrire à notre formation Gestion de l'eau et sécurité alimentaire : les challenges de l'agriculture. Pour quelles raisons participer à notre programme ? * Actualisation et adaptation permanente à la demande des pays en voie de développement : nos conférenciers ont, pour la plupart, une expérience africaine dans leur parcours professionnel et peuvent ainsi mener des débats et aborder des notions proches de vos préoccupations. * Visites d'études : des visites d'études sont organisées sur le terrain pour compléter l'enseignement théorique. * Bourse d’études : notre institut propose un nombre limité de bourses d’études. Toutefois, ces bourses couvrent uniquement les frais académiques et ne prennent en charge ni les frais de séjour ni votre billet d’avion. Votre participation à notre programme sera également l'occasion de visiter quelques-uns des plus beaux lieux touristiques de la Terre Sainte, et en particulier Jérusalem (mais aussi Nazareth, le Lac de Tibériade et la Mer Morte).
