Please see call for papers for Glasgow University's student run eJournal
for postgraduate research. Please look at
www.sharp.arts.gla.ac.uk and
contact sharp(a)arts.gla.ac.uk if you are interested.
SGRS has been discussing setting up something similar here, and I'd like
to hear from you if you think this is a good idea. I'd particularly
like to hear from students interested in helping to run the journal if
we decide to go ahead.
Thanks

Subject: Call for Papers
Dear Sir / Madam,
eSharp is the University of Glasgow's open-access online journal for
postgraduates in the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. Run by
postgraduates, it aims to provide a critical but supportive entry into
the realm of academic publishing for emerging academics, including
postgraduates and recent postdoctoral students, the world over.
One of our aims is to encourage the publication of high quality
postgraduate research; therefore all submitted articles are anonymously
peer-reviewed as part of the acceptance and feedback process. This
rigorous and constructive process is designed to enhance the worth of
postgraduate and postdoctoral work.
After the successful launch of our fourth issue, on 'Journeys of
Discovery', eSharp is delighted to announce the Call for Papers for the
forthcoming issue, on 'Identity and Marginality'. Please forward the
attached Call for Papers to your postgraduate students and help us to
spread the word. eSharp is very grateful for your help and support. In
case you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best wishes
Fabian Schuppert
