Together Everyone Achieves More,- a blend of practical, reflective and fun activities and exercises (indoor and outdoor - depending on the weather) will be utilised to improve and develop all aspects of teamwork.
The activities and exercises have been selected with a consideration of a variety of individual learning styles which are present during any type of learning experience.
Aim
To encourage and develop a positive team approach for undertaking work based activities.
Objectives
By the end of this event the team will be able to:
* Recognise the contribution of each individual team member
* Apply the key functions of an effective working team
* Develop team and individual action plans to assist with the achievement of future goals.

This session examines what you have to offer employers and what you want
from a job. It looks at what you have gained from events in life so
far, and what you have gained specifically from doing research - in
terms of skills, knowledge and achievements.
Self-awareness exercises also look at your values, interests and
temperament and how these could impact on your career choice. The
session will also cover ideas for career development, job hunting
strategies and sources of information.
