Ce thème concerne l’axe 2 des recommandations intitulé « « Intégrer les populations affectées comme acteurs, partenaires et bénéficiaires du projet ». Merci encore à tous les participants qui ont envoyé leurs contributions et enrichi le débat. Le thème 2 « Représentativité et consultation » est actuellement en cours et se terminera ce lundi 4 mars au soir. Une synthèse sur ce thème sera également proposée, avant d’élaborer un document global reprenant les deux thèmes discutés. Cordialement, ________________________________ Dear all, Please find attached the synthesis of the theme 1 “Compensation and benefit sharing for local development” in discussion from 11-20 February in the framework of the on-going e-discussion on the implementation of the ECOWAS guidelines for the development of large water infrastructure. This theme deals with the category 2 of the recommendations, entitled ““Involve the affected people as project actors, partners and project beneficiaries”. Thanks again to all the participants who have sent contributions and actively participated. The theme 2 “Representativeness and consultation” is currently in discussion and will end this Monday 4th March. Another synthesis will be sent for that, and then a global document on the two themes will be also prepared and shared.
