Monsieur Kouassi Je vous informe que Hydrofish ne devait même pas être la a prospecter un marché. Il devait faire une étude du marché car c'est cela qui conditionne le choix de l'espèce a élever. Nous avons prospecté partout surtout la zone ouest mais on ne peut dépasser 15 tonnes de ventes. Ce que je dis aux autres ne vous fiez jamais des dires des gens (surtout de l'administration ou recherche) sur le marché il faut aller sur le terrain. Et partout ou je le fais je vois une réalité trop différente de ce que disaient ces gens et le marché réel. Badiane, je pense que vos statistiques par rapport aux consommateurs de silure en Côte d'Ivoire ne sont pas correctes. en réalité il n'ya que le centre du pays (Pays Baoulé) qui a ce poisson comme totem. je ne crois pas que ça représente 80 % du pays. de plus c'est le poisson préféré de la région de l'ouest et les autres zones en consomment sans problème. pourquoi vous ne prospecter pas à l'ouest?
