Badiane, je pense que vos statistiques par rapport aux consommateurs de silure en Côte d'Ivoire ne sont pas correctes. en réalité il n'ya que le centre du pays (Pays Baoulé) qui a ce poisson comme totem. je ne crois pas que ça représente 80 % du pays. de plus c'est le poisson préféré de la région de l'ouest et les autres zones en consomment sans problème. pourquoi vous ne prospecter pas à l'ouest?
