Next week's PhD Lab: Online or On-campus?

Hi folks, Since the teaching term is over and everyone (besides Craig and Kevin) lives outside of Stirling, I wonder if it would be more feasible to have next week’s lab online again. Any objections? The last lab (in two weeks’ time) will be on campus, of course, as we will celebrate the end of the Spring term at Meadowpark afterwards. Dear PhD Lab, Below is the e-mail I sent yesterday. I realize now why nobody received it. I accidentally sent it to behsciphdlab(a)groups.stir.ac.uk<mailto:behsciphdlab@groups.stir.ac.uk> (which was automatically created by MSTeams) as this one is misleadingly abbreviated "BehSci PhD lab” in my e-mail app. Sorry about this! You will have missed this: The week after that is up for grabs if someone wants to present an idea/progress etc. Perhaps Julion or Maev? No worries if nobody wants to take the slot, we can also have a “regular” PhD Lab in which we hear equally from everyone. In three weeks, I am gone for a conference (and I suspect the same will be true for quite some folk at the Econ division), so no lab. In 4 weeks, I would like to tackle Chapter 5 (Finding funding). @Johanne: Would you be up for presenting this chapter? In 5 weeks (the day before our Behavioural conference in Stirling), I would like Jasmine top present the paper (published recently in the AER) that will form the basis for her Study 2. After that, we could switch to a monthly rhythm during the Summer break. Tomorrow's PhD lab

Dear PhD lab, This is a reminder that we have our next PhD lab tomorrow from 11:00–12:30 in room 2B88 (Cottrell). I don’t remember a specific agenda item for tomorrow (but please correct me if I am wrong), so we can have a regular touch base session and talk about anything that’s on your plates at the moment. Also, we will welcome two new PhD students, Julion and Maeve, to the lab! They are two of Leo’s UCD PhD students whom Leo will keep second supervision from Stirling. They will join our labs remotely (exactly like Johanne), and will have a chance to introduce themselves to us tomorrow. You will see that their interests and backgrounds make them an excellent fit for our lab. Dear PhD lab, This is a reminder that we have our next PhD lab tomorrow from 11:00–12:30 in room 2B76 (Cottrell). Among other things, we can talk about Leo’s upcoming conference in Dundee, as well as funding for conferences in more general. And we will continue with our book club: Kevin will present Chapter 3 of “Doing Economics" and we will discuss its contents afterwards, so please make sure to have read the chapter in advance.
