We received this from IPS.
Dear colleagues from the Affiliated Societies,
We would be very grateful if you would be able to share the following message about our
online August symposium with your membership, either through email or social media.
We have had a lot of interest in our online August symposium, which is free for IPS
members, but we are keen to make sure that people who are not currently IPS members are
aware of it. In particular, if you are a range country primatologist membership is free,
and so you can attend this meeting for free if you become a member now and then register
before the deadline.
Registration deadline is August 10th.
IPS Online Symposium August 16-19th. One symposium per day, times staggered each day to
accommodate attendees in different timezones. Registration info and more details of each

Mon 16th: Sociality & Health in Primates. From phageome to microbiome, stress to
parasites, immunity and endocrinology - come find out about all the latest ways in which
health and sociality in primates intersect. Organisers: Tatiana Murillo, Virgile Manin,
Simone Anzà and Baptiste Sadoughi
Tues 17th: Voices from the Field: Assessing, Conserving, & Protecting Primate
Populations. From primate diets and medicine, surviving in fragments, anthropogenic
impacts, and undiscovered species. Organisers: Jennifer Cramer, Andrew Halloran, Stacy
Lindshield, Paula Pebsworth, Jacob Willie, Inza Kone
Wed 18th: Titi Monkey Ecology and Conservation. Distribution, social interactions,

Thurs 19th: Round table discussion: Language and Conservation: Implications and
