The MRC Institute of Hearing Research (IHR) still has some
places available for new PhD students to start this October.
There are projects in these areas of auditory science:
* neurophysiology
* neuroimaging (fMRI, EEG and MEG)
* psychophysics
* speechreading.
The majority of the projects are based in Nottingham
but there is one at the Scottish Section of the IHR (Glasgow).

All are fully-funded MRC studentships. Candidates without prior
experience will also be encouraged to complete a fully-funded
one-year taught Masters (MRes).

If any of these may be of interest to any of your current
undergraduate or masters students then please let them know?
