<P><FONT size=2>Dear Sandra<BR><BR>Would you please forward this to the Scottish Perception Group?<BR><BR>Many thanks<BR>Yours<BR>Michael<BR><BR>-------------------------------------------------------<BR><BR>The MRC Institute of Hearing Research (IHR) still has some<BR>places available for new PhD students to start this October.<BR>There are projects in these areas of auditory science:<BR>* neurophysiology<BR>* neuroimaging (fMRI, EEG and MEG)<BR>* psychophysics<BR>* speechreading.<BR>The majority of the projects are based in Nottingham<BR>but there is one at the Scottish Section of the IHR (Glasgow).<BR><BR>All are fully-funded MRC studentships.
