[Media-watch] migration

Dear all,

I have been exploring options for the future of media watch.  It is
currently operated from a server at the university of Stirling and as I have
moved to the University of Strathclyde i wanted to find a more durable home
for it.  I have now taken over a list at jiscmail (also called mediawatch)
which I will migrate all of you who are members of media watch to in the
next few days.

This will mean that you will have to send message to a new address but apart
from that the system should operate as normal.

Two other points to note.  1. The archive will remain at Stirling and I will
put it back online soon.  If I find a way to transfer the archive in the
near future I may do that, but not just now.

2. The jiscmail list also has a chat forum attached which we may find useful
for discussion and perhaps co-ordinating complaints etc.

Perhaps we can use this transition period also to reflect on how media watch
works and what else we might do with it to increase its effectiveness/use.
