Le consortium Sarnissa ne saurait être tenu pour responsable de toute infraction aux droits d'auteurs et de distribution pour du contenu envoyé par ses membres. En cas de plainte, la responsabilité incombera à la personne ayant distribué les documents litigieux. Par l'intermédiaire de Sarnissa, nous encourageons le partage d'information et ne souhaitons pas le restreindre pour aucun de nos 1400 membres. Dear Sarnissa members, We’ve had several messages from members mentioning about the legalities and copyright issues of attaching and sharing publications, documents, pdfs via the SARNISSA forum. Although we realise that this is being increasingly done via email / internet with full text documents we would wish all members to be aware of the situation concerning copyright issues – please see below:

Published content distributed through the SARNISSA network is done so on the understanding that the content is posted with permission of the copyright holder and that, if required, this has been obtained by the member posting the item. The SARNISSA consortium does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of copyright or distribution rights for content distributed by its members and in the case of any dispute will refer the matter to the distributing member.

Through SARNISSA we encourage sharing of information as much as we can and would not wish to restrict this for our now 1400 members, however would suggest if you are unsure about a particular publication or document then please just send the abstract, reference or if available web link.
