B) Aquaculture based periphyton, fish new technique by CJD Verdengem and Mr. Ekram-Ul-Azim. This article I read in the newspaper CTA Bulletin EC Fisheries Cooperation, Volume 14 No. 1-4 December 2001. In fact this technique in the forest zone of southern Cameroon where I come from is a very old practice, performed by women in small streams. I am very interested to know what were the results pertaining to the end of this project – can we ask Dr. MCM Beveridge, Institute of Aquaculture, Stirling University UK.

Chers collègues bonjour, j'ai l'honneur de solliciter auprès de vous des informations récentes sur les deux vieux projets ci-après: A) Projet d'aquaculture de Banfora: dans la revue AQUA Revue N°7 de juin-juillet 1986 j'ai lu qu'un groupe des grands muolins de Paris avait réalisé un projet d'élevagr intensif de Tilapia (Sarotherodon niloticus) quelqu'un pourrait-il me dire ce que ce projet est devenu (superficie en eau, densités d'empoissonnement, durée des cycles d'élevage, la production annuelle à l'hectare, la taille des produits à la récolte, et surtout l'impacte réel de ce projet a eu sur les pisciculteurs paysans?

B) Aquaculture à base de périphyton, une technique piscicole nouvelle par M.C.J. Verdengem et M. Ekram-UI-Azim. cet article je l'ai lu dans le journal CTA Bulletin CE Coopération Pêches, Volume 14 n°1-4 Décembre 2001. En fait cette technique dans la zone forestière du sud Cameroun d'où je suis originaire est une pratique fort ancienne, pratiquée par les femmes dans les petits cours d'eau. Je suis donc très intéressé de savoir quels ont été les résultats pertinants à la fin de ce projet et pourquoi pas solliciter auprès de Dr. M.C.M Beveridge, Institut of Aquaculture, Stirling University UK.
