Bonjour Monsieur Sidiki KEITA,
Simon

That is a good question. The meeting is open to those who have registered to attend the COFI-Aquaculture Sub-Committee meeting which is taking place from 26th to 30th March. You can find the information on registration on the FAO-Fisheries & Aquaculture website. That said, I would imagine that COFI is an FAO member states meeting, however, they do allow other people to attend as observers; and I presume this is guided by some rules which FAO would be better placed to clarify.
Best regards,
Sloans

Is this meeting open to members of the public or is there a guest list?
I ask because previous such meetings are often populated by politicians with little understanding of the issues on the ground. It would be reassuring to know that aquaculture is well represented.
