The Summer School will take place in the framework of the World Congress of the International Economic Association (IEA) between 2-6 July 2021.
Past lecturers of the RIDGE Summer School include Nobel Laureates and prominent economists.
The RIDGE Forum aims to favor the spread of high quality research in economics and promotes the development of new views on economic thinking from the perspective of developing countries. It brings together top researchers working on the frontier of knowledge
with researchers and policy makers in developing countries.
The Summer School targets outstanding graduate economists. Priority will be given to students enrolled in Post graduate programs in economics.
Interested students should apply by submitting a short CV (2 pages maximum), a transcript, and a letter of recommendation via the RIDGE website:

A committee, following standard criteria, will make the selection according to: GPA, publications and awards, a letter of recommendation and work experience.
The deadline for applying is March 31, 2021
The notification of the organizers decision is sent April 15, 2021. Only selected students will participate.
