Dear PhD students and Research Staff,
I'm writing in my capacity as PhD coordinator for the economics division. I would like to invite you to a social event to celebrate the start of a new semester, but also as a welcome back to our research community. The past few years have meant that we have not had many opportunities to meet in person, and there are a number of first year PhDs that have yet to meet me or their peers.
So the details are as follows:
You're invited to a Pizza Party at Haldanes Dining Hall on Campus in Stirling on 14/09 @ 12-1pm.
I hope to see you there. The division is putting up pizza and soft drinks and it would be a great opportunity to get everyone in the room (plus some of our students) and just have a chat!
I look forward to seeing you there.
Hector
