Hi all,

I hope all are well! It's been a while since I used this mailing list but I wanted to let you know about a UCD Workshop on Sludge and Administrative Burden. All details are below. Looking forward to seeing people in person or on Zoom. Apologies for cross-posting. Feel free to get in touch if you have further questions.

All the best,
Leo

Dear all,

We are excited to host an EPA-funded Workshop on "Sludge and Administrative Burden" that will take place in Dublin, Ireland, on May 08, 2025. The Workshop will take place in the UCD Geary Institute's seminar room (directions here).

Workshop website: https://bsp.ucd.ie/workshop-on-sludge-and-administrative-burden/

Participation is free and you can register for in-person participation here: registration link.

We aim to stream the Workshop on Zoom. Register here for the Zoom details: Zoom registration link

This workshop is part of the ABICAP project and funded by the EPA. It is organised by researchers from UCD Environmental Policy, UCD Behavioural Science and Policy, and the Stirling Behavioural Science Centre in association with the Irish Behavioural Science and Policy Network (IBSPN).

The aim of the workshop is to bring together behavioural scientists, public administration scholars, policymakers, and other stakeholders to discuss newest developments on sludge and administrative burden.

The organisers will present EPA-funded work on sludge and administrative burden as relevant for environmental policymaking. However, the workshop will also discuss applications to other policy and business areas.

Please get in touch with Leo Lades (l.k.lades@stir.ac.uk) or Patricia Lentz (patricia.lentz@ucdconnect.ie) for more information.
