Hey guys, Susan Greig (lead on the focus on fellowship scheme) got back to me: For an associate fellowship, you need 1-2 years teaching experience. Working as a TA for 3 semesters takes your experience over one year. The written piece is 1800 words, and then you have all your workshops, mentor feedback, etc., on top of that. She said the whole thing would be equivalent to 100 hours (or like a 10-credit module).
