Richard Wright will be speaking on ‘Mind the Gap: Academic theories and changing behaviour
in the real world’.
After the talk we will open out for a Q&A with an emphasis on others being able to
discuss and share their experiences on this topic.
The cafe will be open for drinks and snacks.

About Richard: Richard has a PhD in Psychology and 40 years of experience in behavioural
science across academia, industry and consultancy. He has an international reputation for
his work on behaviour change and quantitative behavioural evaluation. He worked for
Unilever for 25 years, where he led global behavioural programmes, including £200M worth
of collaborations with governments, NGOs and private sector companies. In 2023, he set up
‘Behaviour 2 Business’ as an independent consultancy, and now works with blue chip
companies and academic clients.
