The activities and exercises have been selected with a consideration of a variety of individual learning styles which are present during any type of learning experience. Aim To encourage and develop a positive team approach for undertaking work based activities. Objectives By the end of this event the team will be able to: * Recognise the contribution of each individual team member * Apply the key functions of an effective working team * Develop team and individual action plans to assist with the achievement of future goals. There are 8 places only available for this session which will be allocated on strictly 'first come first served' basis.
