I hope that all is well with you as we head towards the end of another tricky year?

 

Just to remind you that this week is the closing date for applications for a couple of our awards (see below). Still plenty of time to nominate your favourite inspirational scientist or a rising star.

 

Also, our student scholarship meeting is taking place on the 13th December. UFAW and HSA grants and awards:

UFAW, and our sister charity the HSA, are currently seeking applications for the following:

  • UFAW meetings: Forthcoming

    • UFAW Student Animal Welfare Scholarship meeting. This is taking place on Monday 13th December at 9.00am UK time. This meeting is free and features 16 talks. The programme for the meeting is attached.
    • Advancing Animal Welfare Science 2022. UFAW International Conference, 28-29 June, Edinburgh, UK. This meeting will be held in person, with live streaming of some elements for those not able to travel to attend. Deadline for abstracts is 7th January. Further details can be viewed here
