Chers collègues,

La Faculté de Bunda-Université du Malawi, l'Institut de Recherche  
Agricole pour le Développement du Cameroun, la Fondation ETC des Pays- 
Bas et le programme SARNISSA vous invitent à participer au prochain e- 
workshop sur "La mise en réseau et le dialogue entre scientifiques,  
acteurs-clés et décideurs politiques dans le domaine de l'aquaculture  
africaine sub-saharienne" (28 septembre au 16 octobre 2009)

Le e-workshop vise spécifiquement à:

(1) Partager et discuter des expériences de chacun en matière de  
stratégie de mise en réseau et de dialogue constructif entre  
scientifiques, acteurs-clés et décideurs politiques en aquaculture,

(2) A stimuler des initiatives personnelles et institutionnelles en  
matière de mise en réseau et de dialogue constructif entre  
scientifiques, acteurs-clés et décideurs politiques en aquaculture.

Et ceci, dans le but plus global de:

- Pour les décideurs politiques et le secteur gouvernemental: mettre  
en oeuvre au niveau national de manière effective les stratégies de  
développement de l'aquaculture, rédiger des plans d'action et des  
documents de planification sur 5-10 ans, grâce aux échanges entre pays  
d'une même région, et à l'interaction avec un certain nombre d'acteurs  
clés

- Pour les scientifiques: Grâce à des échanges avec d'autres  
chercheurs, d'autres acteurs-clés et les décideurs publics, permettre  
de nouvelles collaborations et l'inclusion des décideurs dans les  
projets de recherche, dans la perspective de communiquer plus  
efficacement les résultats des travaux et leur prise en compte dans  
l'élaboration des futures décisions politiques.

- Pour les autres acteurs-clés: Grâce à une meilleure compréhension de  
la politique de développement de l'aquaculture et une meilleure  
connaissance de la recherche et du développement dans leur propre pays  
et les pays voisins, développer de nouveaux partenariats, et mieux  
comprendre et planifier le rôle important qu'ils peuvent jouer dans  
l'avenir de l'aquaculture de leur pays.

Le e-workshop est organisé pour des participants anglophones et  
francophones.

Il est nécessaire de s'enregistrer pour y participer, et les  
inscriptions sont dès à présent ouvertes.

Vous trouverez en annexe un document donnant des détails  
complémentaires et la procédure pour s'inscrire. NdT: ce document sera  
traduit ultérieurement mais en résumé, pour s'inscrire, il faut
