[Phd-behsci] Finding a time slot for our PhD lab, Part 2

Sigh – This is going to be tricky. I already have a few responses who can’t do Wednesday 14:30-16:00.
We may be looking at a situation where we cannot find a time slot that works for all, so we may have to pick the slot that minimises (rather than altogether avoids) clashes.
To find the slot of least resistance, can you please fill in this doodle?

Please note: On Doodle, I had to pick a specific week but, of course, this is meant to poll your availability for the entire Autumn term (not just this particular week).
I’ve not included Thursday/Friday, as I already know of teaching commitments there. The only Thursday slot I left in is 14:30-16:00, after the Econ seminar, despite the fact that I know Thursday is tricky (but perhaps not impossible?) for Simon.
Best,
Till

Sorry – just realised that the Economics seminar series is on Thursday, not Wednesday.
Regardless. Wednesday 14:00-16:30 is still a good slot, as it will avoid clashes with admin meetings, which tend to be Wednesdays 13 pm-ish.

Dear PhD Lab,
Unfortunately, our old Wednesday 11:00-12:30 time slot creates clashes for a couple of people.
I have a preference to keep the lab on Wednesday, as I know that it would work for our part-timers who have to balance their PhD with work commitments.
So my suggestion is to move to Wednesdays 14:30-16:00. To my knowledge there is no teaching scheduled at Stirling on Wednesday afternoons.
Added benefit: Our PhD Lab would follow the newly revived Economics Seminar series (12:30-14:00), which I encourage all of you to attend (please let me know if you haven’t received invitations to the seminar series yet).
So could each of you you please send me a quick message whether 14:30-16:00 would work for you?
Thank you,
Till
