Yes, that's right.

Our 1st PhD lab session will take place on Wednesday, January 24th at 11:00-12:30 in room 3B129.

We have the same room the week after.

I have set it up on MSTeams as well, for those who cannot make it in person. I have tried to add Kevin and Willem to the MSTeams channel, but I am not sure if this worked, as Liz is the owner of the Teams channel.

Well, that was easier than I thought it would be.

Wednesday before 1pm seems to be the consensus, so why don't we settle on Wed 11:00-12:30?

I went ahead and booked room 3B129 for the first two weeks (that's how far in advance the system would let me do it.)

The Spring term is starting next week, and we should try to find a time slot that works for us all.

It may be difficult this term, as I have tons of teaching this year. I am attaching my schedule so you can feel a bit sorry for me. :-)

The first two seminars on Thursday are done by Jayne, another lab member.

So: realistically speaking, there are only two or three time slots I can realistically do:


  *   Wednesday
  *   Tuesday after 2pm
  *   Friday after 3pm

Can we make this work?
