[Media-watch] Introducing a new open-publishing platform.

Dear Media Watch,

I would like to draw your attention to a new Internet resource, http://www.globalecho.org, 
GlobalEcho is an open-publishing platform for news, issues, actions and analysis reporting on grassroots, non-corporate, non-commercial, social justice, environmental and political issues. GlobalEcho.org is dedicated to the open publishing ethos.

By aping the Blogg and Bulletin board phenomenon of informal speech, GlobalEcho hopes to create a medium of diverse/contradictory opinion and analysis.

GlobalEcho is specifically aimed at writers who are unable to find a means to publication, either because their work is not mainstream or they need to ensure confidentiality.
