Dear List-members,

In response to William Wigus's complaint regarding my 'partisan' postings -

If the simple act of posting material to other people is 'partisan', then Mr Wigus is guilty of the same crime, and by any basic logic, neither of us should be allowed to post anything.

But we have. So...

I have posted material to media-watch under the name 'Yvonne Marshall' since the forum started, and no-one has yet questioned my right to do so. It should be pointed out, in case you don't reach the end of this message, that my name is not 'Yvonne Marshall', but Ian Brotherhood (we never got around to changing the online name, tricky business as it is for us amateurs etc etc) Marshall is my wife's maiden name. No big conspiracy there.

I'm not sure why Mr Wigus objected to my posting these articles about the Bush Family/Nazi connections. As he rightly states, these are matters which have been openly discussed on the Net for years. The reason I believe they are of relevance to media-watch is because the News-Media, which (we all willingly believe 24/7) is meant to tell us what is happening, what is going on, help us make sense of this existence etc etc have consistently ignored basic facts which are relevant to the case in point i.e the current President of the US has many dodgy things in his family background (and, come on, who doesn't ? let's face it...) and many of those things reflect most negatively on his current standing. Plainly said, the guy is a dud. Erk, and whishtimackally, he's an erse !!

Mr Wigus, I think, does not live in the UK. I suspect he is, perhaps, an 'American'. Nothing wrong with that necessarily, but it must be hurtful to be told that your 'Leader' is associated with people, perhaps even 'family', who were war criminals. Horrible indeed.

Perhaps Mr Wilgus can then find it easier to imagine what it's like to have a Prime Minister who is a war criminal - right now ?! Many folk in this country now find it difficult to picture their Prime Minister without a set of cross-hairs shifting over that beaming visage.

Not long ago - was it in the Spring of this year perhaps ? - G W Bush was pictured striding about hand in hand with his missus in the grounds of the Auschwitz concentration camp. Not a single newspaper or broadcaster alluded to the fact that his grandfather had dealings with the people who operated that set-up.

If the Mr William Wilgus who objected to my postings is the same William Wilgus who can be found on the www as being the director of the TPCN, then perhaps he should've taken the time to explain what 'The Public Cause Network' is all about. No big conspiracy there either as far as I can tell - the William Wigus I've just read about had a distinguished career in the US Navy, and he specialised in anti-submarine warfare as an Acoustic Sensor Operator. But what is TPCN ? What is it all about ? how is it funded ? and why did he, as director of it, feel compelled to object so strongly to my correspondence in an open forum ?

If it's not the same fella, I apologise to all the William Wiguses before, here and aft, but I would hope that anyone with that experience would be able to be objective about the current state of US Foreign Policy, and accept that many people, all around the world, are deeply concerned about a system - any system - which permits someone like Dubya to become the most powerful individual on the planet. (Let's not even say anything about Arnie...)

If the Mr Wigus who objected to my postings is indeed the same Mr Wigus whose environmentally-related submarine exploits are easily found on the www, then I hope he will find the time to mentally surface, shoot 75,000 feet into the air, and then attune his sonar-related skills to monitoring the HAARP Project ( another concoction of conspiracy-theorist fantasists...)

Best Regards to All,

Ian Brotherhood
