Many people are confused about the reasons for this war, but it's clear that the majority of Americans believe that Iraq was responsible for the 9/11 attacks - there appears to be little effort to address that misconception. Perhaps the BBC could take a lead in going back to basics and examining the causes of this conflict by looking at the many unanswered questions regarding the events of that day. 9/11 is, for many, the cornerstone of US/UK foreign policy and their current behaviour, and it deserves greater scrutiny than it has been given.
