On the PR for war:

Weapons of mass deception
>From Disinfopedia, the encyclopedia of propaganda.

Led into war by U.S. President George W. Bush, nearly 300,000 U.S. soldiers--many of whom no doubt sincerely believe that they are helping to make the world a better, safer place for themselves and their loved ones--are about to risk their lives. Outside the United States, however, few people support the Bush administration's plans, and there is strong popular opposition to war against Iraq. (W*) The absence of broad domestic and international support for unilateral action is striking in light of the administration's aggressive public relations campaign to win the "hearts and minds" of the world.
