[Media-watch] Metro Casualties of war & aljazeera

 In this mornings Metro(A free daily British newspaper available on public transport,owned by the Daily mail) It ststed as fact in,  casualties of war section, that 51 Usa soldiers and at least 1,500 Iraqi soldiers had been killed in the war. If the war is this one sided why on the next page state that the assault on Bazra is now entering itd 2nd phase. This is the city i clearly remember ITN stating 2 Mondays ago, had been secured by allied forces 
It also reports al-Jazeera was the most common request on the Lycos search engine last week. It did not question why th english version of the site has not been on the net?, due to hackers(pentagon/cia?)taking it off. It was supposed to be back on yesterday, but it was not available when i tried in the afternoon. Try it at www.english.aljazeera.net
