of a scientific team based within the </font></span><a href="http://www.psy.unsw.edu.au/" target="_blank"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%"><font color="#0563c1" face="Arial">School of Psychology</font></span></a><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%"><font face="Arial">
at UNSW Australia. The position is fixed-term for 3 years funded by a Discovery Project from the Australian Research Council awarded to

and </font></span><a href="http://www.uws.edu.au/staff_profiles/uws_profiles/doctor_tamara_watson" target="_blank"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%"><font color="#0563c1" face="Arial">Dr Tamara Watson</font></span></a><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%"><font face="Arial">
from the University of Western Sydney. Duties include the design and implementation of studies into the visual perception of faces and communicating results to the broader international scientific community.</font></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 5pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%"><font face="Arial">You should ideally have demonstrated experience in conducting psychophysical research and have recently completed
a PhD in psychology or a related field. Applicants who will be awarded their PhD degree by early 2015 are also encouraged to apply. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part
of a team. Desired skills include proficiency in scientific programming.</font></span></p>
