Some of you may be aware that in the last few years November has become a time where men, previously frightened of the power of a fine moustache (mustache if you are ‘stateside’), attempt to cultivate something on their top lip in order to raise awareness of cancers that are specific to men (e.g. prostate cancer, testicular cancer).
