<div>The <a href="http://facelab.org"><font color="#0000FF"><u>Face Research Lab</u></font></a> is seeking applications for a postdoctoral Research Fellow for a 2-year ESRC-funded position starting 1 October 2011. The Research Fellow will be responsible for
conducting a longitudinal study of mate choice and face preferences and will be supervised by Dr Lisa DeBruine and Prof Benedict Jones. </div>

<div><b>Criteri</b><b>a</b></div>
<div>• PhD in Psychology or a cognate discipline.</div>
<div>• A proven track record of research and publication.<br>
• Experience of conducting large-scale laboratory research.<br>
• Background in social cognition, evolutionary theories of behaviour, and/or mate preference/choice.<br>
• Expertise in using Excel and SPSS (or equivalent).<br>
• Experience using Psychomorph to manipulate faces is desirable.<br>
• Ability to work as part of a team.<br>
• Good IT and communication skills (both written and oral).<br>
• Ability to think and work independently.<br>
• Ability to manage long-term research projects with large numbers of participants.<br>
• Willingness to travel to conferences, including air travel.</div>
