We are recruiting people aged 18-25 years who live in the UK, who have a pet dog and/or cat, and are struggling with anxious feelings and/or low mood, for a research study on pets and the self-management of mental health difficulties. Participants do not need

 to have a mental health diagnosis to take part. The project involves an online interview (approx. 30-60 mins) with a researcher, and as a thank you, we can offer a Ł20 Amazon voucher. </p>
