Dear All,
Some of you might be interested - please see below.
Volunteer Field Assistant Needed
We are seeking a volunteer for short-term field assistance for a PhD project evaluating the use of artificial canopy bridges by mantled howler monkeys. The project is located in the southern Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica, and this element of work will involve botanical surveys around the bridge sites, most likely for a few weeks in September/October 2024. We are hoping to find someone already living in or traveling through Costa Rica who would like to build field experience, or another research student working in the area whom we could assist with elements of their project in return. For more information, please contact Dr Tracie McKinney on tracie.mckinney at southwales.ac.uk<mailto:tracie.mckinney at southwales.ac.uk>.
Best wishes,
Pawel
