aspects of the cluster proposal and student qualifications and experience in coming to its decisions. The standard of student applications was extremely high again and, like last year, we could have awarded the 16 studentships available several times over.</span></span><span class="x_eop"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> </span></span></p>
