Just to let you know that we have some conference surplus, which we can pay for PhD conferences.  I made an annoucenemtn in PhD teams channel (hope this was visible).  Here is the  message:



Dear PhD students,



If you like to attend a conference, please get in touch with me with the following info:



Name of the conference

When and where

How much you request (registration fee + travel if required)



Please note that we have a very limited budget. We would like to give everyone the opportunity to attend a conference, so international conferences seem to be very expensive for us to fund at this point.



Please email me the above information as soon as possible. I will review the requests and get back to you if we can pay.
